If you are a new customer, Unity Live Help requires you to add your billing information when you submit your first request.
Click Add Billing Info to add your payment details.
Add your personal information and click Save to proceed. Unity Live Help uses this address to generate invoice receipts.
Please note that Unity makes a $1 USD pre-authorization charge to ensure that the payment method you provide is valid, and then automatically refunds this amount back to you.
Add your preferred payment method and click Add payment method. Unity Live Help can then connect you with experts.
To change or remove a payment method, go to your user account and select Billing Info from the left navigation menu. From here you can add, modify or delete payment methods.
