- I tried to delete my account, but it said that I couldn't do so without contacting support.
In some cases, Unity has a business reason which prevents us from being able to delete your account - for example, if you are the billable user for a Pro or Plus license, a course or Teams subscription, or if you have a remaining balance with Unity as an Asset Store Publisher. This is usually due to billing discrepancies or balances that you still have with the company (for example, if your Publisher account still has a balance that needs to be paid).
