I cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged


  • I have cancelled my subscription in the Unity Online Store
  • I have received a new invoice
  • A new payment has been taken from my bank account


If you are still within your 12 month contracted Subscription, you will not be able to cancel through the Online Store.


If your subscription (purchased before June 28th 2016) has come to the end of its contracted 12 months, you can cancel by following this process:

1. Go here
2. Log in to the account attached to the subscription
3. Go here
4. Click "My Account"
5. Click "Manage Subscription"
6. Click the cancel subscription check box.

Please note: if your contract is not yet over, this process will not work.

    I did this about 6 months ago and it says that my subscription has been canceled but I still have been charged monthly, I expect a full refund, due to this. Also, I even haven't been able to use the Plus version that I have been forced to pay for every month even though I canceled the subscription.
