- I have purchased a Unity subscription license
- I have not been charged for the second month of my subscription
- I have received an email to tell me that my payment has not been received
Your second invoice will come through on the 1st of the following month, to make our payments all come out on the first. For example, if you purchase your subscription on the 15th October, the next invoice will be sent out on the 1st December. This is because the initial payment you have made will cover you for one month plus however many days it takes to get to the 1st of the following month.
If you do not receive your invoice on the following month, or if you receive notification that your payment has failed, this could be due to a card error.
For subscriptions purchased before 28th June 2016 only:
If you have purchased your subscription in the middle of the month, you will receive your second invoice on the 1st of the following month.
